BOSU Single Leg Stability
ACLr Rehab
.
With ACLr rehab, it's extremely vital to build and retrain neuromuscular control of the affected leg, and this is one of my favorite exercises to include at the end of a session. I do this at the end for 2 reasons: .
1️⃣ Burn out the quad with long duration isometric holds .
2️⃣ At the end of a workout, you are completely fatigued and drained. Remember, in late-game situations, not only is your body fatigued, but your brain is also!
.
This exercise can easily be advanced by incorporating a reactive component like catching a weight ball, closing your eyes, or altering the speed.
.
Give it a shot at the end of your leg day, whether or not you are recovering for an ACLr! Thanks to @drliebel for showing me this exercise! #BOSU #ACL #ACLr #balance #stability
