If you want to enable do not disturb mode only for a particular location then go to Settings. Go to Privacy. Select Location services and make sure that the location services is on. Now what you do is, open control center. There is a crescent moon icon here, just tap and hold it for sometime. Now when you see this option, select the option Until I leave this location. So, do not disturb mode will be activated until you are in that particular location. So, all the messages and notification sound will be silenced.
