--General Information:
Master Pan Nam was a famous Wing Chun Master originally from Guandong. He is propably first known through Leung Tings Book Roots of Wing Tsun, where Leung Ting visited or gathered information from different Wing Chun Lineages, including Weng Chun.
He later got known through a series of Instructional Tapes about the Main Forms of his Wing Chun Style, which where done by his two sons.
His Style is particular interesting as its the the first Wing Chun Style besides the Yuen Kay San Wing Chun Style that uses the same conceptional idea of a Siu Lim Tao, Chum Kiu, Biu Jee Basis but the way he applied those ideas are obviously different.
According to Leung Ting, Pan Nam learned many styles. At one point he should have also studied Weng Chun. A Sister Art to Wing Chun Family. He also learned Hung Gar, Dragon Style and other things.
Many of the things he learned he kept and taught alongside his Wing Chun Style. His sons give an overview on some of the material their father taught.
