UAV (2) Failsafe and video surveillance using RVOSD
The video demonstrates testing of the autopilot display module when flying in automatic failsafe mode, known as Return-Home.
The use of autopilot allows accurate representation of artificial horison and enhanced quality GPS data.
This is only one of several methods to have fun with this autopilot fitted to electric RC plane.
Other methods include manual FPV flying, data logging, aerial photography.
The video also shows typical automatic landing, possible in calm winds and flat terrain.
