We heard of the Archbishop’s seminary education for 5 years in a Roman Catholic seminary, his tour through charismatic Episcopalianism and, after reading and learning, becoming a “Reformed Anglican,” old school “Reformed Episcopalian,” a “Calvinistic Anglican.” We laughed much and yours truly invited them all to come to North America. These men are affiliated in South America with the Free Church of England-Evangelical Connexion. These men have spirit, energy, commitment and joy. So refreshing to hear. Inter-mutuality in the rich communion of the saints in NC, Brazil and Chile. There were four of us. They were rejoicing in the Reformation and are unabashedly "Reformed." The Archbishop appealed to the blood of the Reformers, Cranmer and others. He referred to the letter between Calvin and Cranmer seeking a joint council. Again, can they send some of these men to North America? Same for Dr. Hammond from Frontline Fellowship in South Africa. Come over to the USA, evangelize here and be "Apostles to the USA." Reformed Theology in the USA garners the names of “tribe of Reformed bigots.” We heard that defamation yesterday. "Unhinged, "WESTMONSTERS" and worse for CalvinistIc Anglicans or Reformed Churchmen. WESTMONSTERS? Weaklings! Flies to be swatted. Water off the backs like ducks. We soar with Reformed Eagles with joy and FOR CAUSE! GOD IS SOVEREIGN. Reformed Prayer Book Churchmanship! Alleluia! Viva La Reforma! Mucho gracias, Hermanos.
Five foreign witnesses and international, multi-cultural witnesses on the same page of theology: Dr. Peter Hammond in South Africa today and, then tonight, the four Brethren in South America! The covenant of grace is with Christ and His elect seed throughout the nations! An enriching day! Almost too much joy in one day! Where can I get a plane ticket?
