Arkansas Bar Association Panel Discussion
The Arkansas Bar Association is holding a series of public forums across the state to discuss and receive comments on a proposed Arkansas Constitutional Amendment on an appointment process for the selection of Supreme Court Justices. A moderated panel of lawyers and judges will be available to provide insight on issues presented with both the election and selection process. The public is encouraged to attend and join the conversation. The forums will be held in advance of the Bar Association’s House of Delegates December 16th meeting to discuss the proposed Arkansas Constitutional Amendment.
