Graphics Video Display Settings set to "Ultra" highest option in the game.
Manually edit the Engine.ini file located in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Thunderful.TheGunk_8j53pwgd019sy\LocalCache\Local\Dust\Saved\Config\WinGDK\ and add these lines to the bottom of it in order to remove Motion Blur, Film Grain and Chromatic Aberration:
