Technology

(1) Base steel: base material, hardness value of 159DPN;

(3) Delta layer: significant monoclinic columnar structure, Fe content of 6%, non-toxic, corrosion resistance, hardness value of 179DPN;
(4) Pure zinc layer (Eta layer) : dense hexagonal crystal system, deformation processing is not easy to break, zinc purity 98.5%, hardness value of 70DPN;
(5) High zinc phosphating layer: has good corrosion resistance, and enhances the adhesion between the coating film and the substrate;
(6) High temperature curing layer: excellent corrosion resistance and impact resistance, with excellent UV resistance, oxidation resistance and surface self-cleaning properties, color change rate of 15 years does not exceed 5%.
