Humus soil is formed by the natural accumulation and decomposition of rotten plant matter (such as leaves, branches, grass, etc.) over a long time !
Humus soil has the following characteristics :
1. Rich In Nutrients
It contains a large amount of organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other nutrient elements, which can provide rich nutrients for plant growth !
2. Good Water Retention And Air Permeability
It can retain a certain amount of moisture without waterlogging. It allows air to circulate in the soil, which is beneficial to the respiration of plant Roots !
3. Improve Soil Structure
It can make the soil loose and fertile, which is beneficial to the growth and extension of plant Roots !
4. Rich In Microorganisms
It provides a good living environment for microorganisms in the soil. These microorganisms play an active role in soil fertility and plant growth !
Humus soil is often used in the planting and cultivation of plants such as flowers, vegetables, and lawns to improve soil quality and promote plant growth !
The Bagging Process Of Humus Soil Is Generally As Follows :
I. Preparation Work
1. Prepare a sufficient number of clean bags. Generally, thick plastic bags or woven bags can be selected. Ensure that the bags are free from damage and leaks to prevent the humus soil from leaking out during handling !
2. Prepare tools such as shovels and rakes for collecting and filling humus Soil !
3. Select a suitable site, preferably a relatively flat ground near the accumulation place of humus soil for easy operation !
II. Collecting Humus Soil
1. Gently shovel or rake up the humus soil from the accumulation place with a shovel or rake. Be careful not to mix in too many impurities such as stones and Branches !
2. Place the collected humus soil aside and conduct preliminary screening to remove obvious impurities !
III. Filling Bags
1. Open the bag and place it in a stable position, such as on a bucket or box, for easy filling !
2. Slowly fill the bag with humus soil using a shovel. Be careful not to fill it too full. Generally, filling it to about 70% to 80% of the bag's capacity is appropriate for easy handling and dealing !
3. During the filling process, you can gently pat the bag to make the humus soil evenly distributed and avoid voids !
IV. Sealing
1. When the bag is filled to an appropriate degree, fold the bag opening and seal it with a rope or sealing machine !
2. Ensure that the seal is firm to prevent the bag opening from loosening during handling and causing the humus soil to spill out !
V. Handling And Storage
1. Transport the filled humus soil bags to a suitable storage location. Handle them with care to avoid bag rupture !
2. The storage location should be dry and ventilated, and avoid direct sunlight and rain to maintain the quality of the humus Soil !
