This is my honest review of the Culinary Management program of Centennial College. If you're thinking of taking up this program in 2022 and beyond, definitely watch this video first to know what to expect.

I'll be reviewing my experience for both in-person classes and online classes. Due to the pandemic, 3/4 of my semesters were spent online.

For Centennial College's Culinary Management program, I could say that doing it in-person and online is extremely different. I believe that you can't fully learn how to cook just by watching videos online. I talk more about this in the video.
