Cottage Pie With Beef, Pork and Veal. Topped with a Creamy Garlic and Chive Mashed Potatoes. Sprinkled with Shredded Sharp Cheddar and Vermont White Cheddar. Then Baked Until Golden Brown, Bubbly and Delicious. A Favorite for any day of the week. Below is the full recipe ingredients and amounts.

Garlic Chive Mashed Potatoes:
2 Pounds Russet Potatoes or Yukon Gold.
1/2 - 3/4 Cup Milk, Warmed.
6-8 Tbsp Salted Butter.
1 Tsp Each Salt and Pepper, More to Taste.
2 Garlic Cloves.
About 1-2 Tbsp Chopped Chives.

Cottage Pie Filling:
1 lb Ground Beef.
1 lb Ground Pork.
(I used 2 lbs Ground Beef, Pork and Veal Mixed)
1 Tsp Each, Salt, Pepper, Paprika.
1 Medium Sweet Yellow Onion, Diced.
2 Ribs of Celery, Chopped.
1-2 Carrots, Chopped.
3 Cloves of Garlic, Minced.
1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour.
2 1/2 Cups Beef Broth.
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste.
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce.
1 Tsp Fresh Thyme, Chopped (1/4 Tsp Dried)
1 Tps Fresh Rosemary, Chopped (1/4 Tsp Dried)
2 Bay Leaves.
1/2 Cup Frozen Peas.
1/2 Cup Frozen Corn.
