Pan Sauce for Pork Chops:
1 Tsp All Purpose Flour.
1/4 Cup Minced Shallots or Onion.
1 Cup Chicken Stock
OR
1/2 Cup White Wine Plus 1/2 Cup Chicken Stock.
1/2 Lemon or Lime For Squeezing
2 Tbsp Cold Butter. I used Salted Butter.
Herbs, Any Herbs you like, I used about 1 Tsp of Thyme.
Salt and Pepper To Taste.
