Vishuddha, Skt. विशुद्ध, viśuddha - "purified", "unsullied". Chakra localized in the throat region.
It is depicted as a smoky purple (or shining golden) 16-petalled lotus with the letters a, ā, i, ī, u, ū, ṛ, ṝ, ḷ, ḷ, e, ai, o, au, ṃ, ḥ. At the base of the lotus is the ether area in the form of a circle, similar to the full moon. In her, the bija-mantra haṃ riding on a white elephant, and "on her knees" she (the bija-mantra is thought of as the Devata) is a snow-white Ardhanarishvara, or Sadashiva, whose body is connected to Parvati.
"Here is the gateway to great liberation for one who wants to achieve the wealth of yoga and whose feelings are purified and controlled." He who "has reached the fullness of the knowledge of the Self by constant concentration on this lotus, becomes a great saint, eloquent, wise and enjoyable, unbreakable peace of mind. " He observes the past, the present and the future, becomes a universal benefactor and a long-liver, free from suffering and infirmities, "the destroyer of endless dangers." Gods can not resist him.
