Sahasrara, Sanskrit. सहस्रार, sahasrāra - "a thousand petals". Chakra, associated with the region of the crown, crown (traditional name of the site of localization - brahmarandhra).
It is represented in the form of a glowing white lotus with a thousand petals, "slightly colored (pink) light of the rising sun," inside of which is a full moon, enclosing a triangle, sparkling like lightning. On the petals of the lotus are all the letters of the Sanskrit alphabet and the syllable Om, the Moon expiring amrita (the nectar of immortality and bliss), and the triangle conceals the Great Void (Shunya), or the Bindu is the root of liberation (from the samsara cycle).
It is said that here there is the essence and soul of all that exists, the transcendental point of pure consciousness, called by various names (Paramashiva, Paramapurusha, Prakriti-Purusha, Hari-Khara, etc.), here complete merging of Shiva and Shakti, freedom from any restrictions and Rebirth is the ultimate goal of the yogi.
Sahasrara is referred to a transcendental, and not a bodily plan, which explains the fact that the authors of the texts usually speak of the doctrine of the "six" chakras.
"The highest of people who control their consciousness and know this place (in Sahasrara) will never be born again, since now there is nothing in the three worlds that would bind it." His consciousness will be controlled and his goal will be he will gain all the power to do whatever he wants and prevent what is against his will, he will move to KhA [the sky, the ether, the brahman, the sky, and his speech - prose or poetry - will be pure and sweet. "
