ABC Animal YOGA 🔤🐮🐊🦋🐰
Kids learn best when they are moving! This video will help your child learn their ABCs and some fun facts about animals. Carly's furry friends will guide your child through a strengthening flow that not only gets their energy out but also calms their nervous system. Let's get moving starting with the letter A. Have your child bring a small stuffed animal to the mat if available but not it's not essential.
Here are the letters and animals your child will learn about:
A- alligator 🐊
B- bunny and butterfly 🐰🦋
C- cat, cow and crab 🐈🐮🐶
D- dinosaur and dog 🦖🐕
After the video ask your child to show you the pose that corresponds with the letter and see if they remembered any of animal facts.
