R - Reverse table. An amazing pose to strengthen legs, arms and core. Extra challenge? Find a friend or an object and do a high "foot" five!
S - Snake pose! Get ready to use back muscles in this pose that strengthens the core and stretches the belly.
T- Turtle pose! Also known as child's pose. This pose calms a child's nervous system while stretching their legs and back.
Reminder! Any time you are trying something hard--- take a deep breath. It's a wonderful way to clear your mind and focus on or off the mat.
