Skip Rutherford, Dean of the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service, interviewed former U.S. Sen. David Pryor, the school's founding dean, at the Butler Center for Arkansas Studies as part of the monthly Legacies & Lunch program. Pryor is the only person in Arkansas history to have served in the state Legislature, the U.S. House of Representatives, as governor of Arkansas and in the U.S. Senate.
