T-Racks 5 "The Farm Stone Room" Plugin Failed in every Reaper Track,

Shown in this video is another issue I've found using T-Racks 5 plugins.
In the DrumReverb track is the T-racks 5 Fame Studio Reverb plugin which is working normally by looking at the input signal shown in yellow bar.
1. Install T-Racks 5 "The Farm Stone Room" plugin.
Watch the signal as I add the Farm Stone Room plugin, the Signal dissappears. As I uncheck the box to shutdown this plugin, the signal comes back again. It happens on all tracks including Master track.
2. Corrective Action
Change the Sampling Rate from 192kHZ to 48KHZ, as shown.
