I'm ready for 2024 to be honest. 2023 has not been a great year for me. I feel like I got nothing done. I did not progress in my career or my business like how I wanted to. I did however progress in my strength and my physical health. The difference was that I had a plan I stayed consistent with for my health when I did not have that same attitude for my life outside of the gym.
PLANS FOR 2024
Getting back to time blocking: I think this will really help me set good routines/habits. Right now there are only weekly or even yearly deadlines and that is just too long of a time frame.
I feel like I'm always my authentic self on social media but a lot of the times, I feel like being myself is not good enough. I'm not funny enough, entertaining enough, inspiring enough. It's horrible. But I hoping that in allowing myself to be less perfect, I will attract the people what want to be friends truly for me. And that's exciting!c
