To Convert PowerPoint to PDF without using any software there are two methods:
Method 1:
Click on “File” in the PowerPoint window, from the left pane click on “Save as” – select the location – give a name for the new pdf – And towards “Save as type”, select “PDF” from the drop-down list there. Then click “Save”.
Method 2:
Click on “File” in the PowerPoint window, from the left pane click on “Print” – Select the printer “Microsoft Print to PDF” and then hit Print – select the location and save the pdf..!
