Dr. G's Raw Nut Pate:
(note the pate is not officially raw vegan because it has Veganaise in it, the other ingredients are all raw)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Raw Cashews
1/2 cup Raw shelled Sunflower Seeds
1 stalk of organic Celery
1/4 cup Sweet Onion
2 - 3 Tbsp Veganaise (to taste, make it as creamy as you like)
Salt, Black Pepper, and Garlic powder to taste.
Use Coffee Grinder or Food Processor to grind nuts and sunflower seeds to small pieces. Pour ground up nuts and seeds into mixing bowl. Use Food Processor to chop celery and onion and add to mixing bowl. Combine ingredients and add Veganaise to taste. Add spices to taste.
