Consolidate multiple worksheets into one Excel Pivot Table

To summarize and report results from separate worksheet ranges, we can consolidate data from each separate worksheet range into a PivotTable report on a master worksheet. The data tables arranged differently [Team1 - Team4], we'll still want to create a PivotTable. We need to combine these four datasets into a PivotTable.
