Go to taskbar search. Type Control Panel. Click on it to open.
Go to Credential Manager. Click on Windows Credentials. Click on the app that you want to remove credentials from. Click on Remove. Click on Yes in the pop-up window.
Repeat with any other record you need. Click on the app that you want to remove credentials from. Click on Remove. Click on Yes in the pop-up window.
