Trying to hard-code phone numbers in Excel can be tricky (if you don't want to do it manually!).
To be honest, I don't know (as of this recording) of a perfect tool to do this. But there is one that works most of the time; this is Flash Fill.
In this Excel tutorial, you'll see examples of how you can use Flash Fill to hard-code phone values in Excel. Followed by some examples where Flash Fill doesn't work for this.
