A bit of a change of pace today. Instead of a technical tutorial, this is more of a devlog summary. The raw footage of me building this stage, even being as small as it is, reaches close to 2 hours when fully decompressed. First we break down how most 3D Sonic Stages break down into one of 3 basic segments. We then follow along as I create a mini stage consisting of one of each of those components. If you went ahead and added more, this could turn into a proper level! Hopefully somewhere along the rambling there are some level design ideas you can take along with you.
