Sugar - 100 gr.
Gelatin sheets - 20 g (or powder, powdered gelatin can be added immediately instead of soaking)
Heat the berry mixture in a double boiler over low heat until the sugar and gelatin dissolve. Do not boil!!!
Then cool to about 30 ° C. (the mass should be slightly warm) and beat for about 10-15 minutes.
Place the finished dessert in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
