3. Mark to install "Garmin-Forerunner-tools" // marca e instala "Garmin-Forerunner-tools"
4. TERMINAL -- sudo add-apt-repository ppa:andreas-diesner/garminplugin
5. TERMINAL -- sudo apt-get update
6. TERMINAL -- sudo apt-get install garminplugin
