Hello, in this video we will be learning how to create a landing page for our application and host it online for free in our repository using Github Pages all this in under 5 minutes.
GitHub Pages is a static site hosting service that takes HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files straight from a repository on GitHub, optionally runs the files through a build process and publishes a website.
The reason your app landing page exists is to push the reader to the call-to-action (CTA), which should be to click the download button that sends them to the app store. Or to complete a contact form and then get the app directly. All the elements on the page should support this ultimate goal.
