Doer and the Thinker Snippets - Drawing Tower Defence Pathways
Gameplay from Tango 1.3, demonstrates the initial implementation of a path system. Paths will guide baddies just like a traditional tower defence game, however making paths will be an end-game feature and EXPENSIVE!!
Doer and the Thinker is a tower defence game in which you play as one of two heroes, the 'Doer' or the 'Thinker' as you fight to defend your town from waves of baddies. The game elements are generative so no map is the same each time you play.
TD-games always had an issue of not being very pretty, and Unreal Engine gave up the opportunity to make a game that was not only fun to play, but beautiful to look at.
