RECIPE
In a large mixing bowl, sieve all the dry ingredients, mix well to combine and set aside.
1 1/2 Cups Self Rising Flour
1/2 Tspn. Baking Soda
1 Tspn. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Tspn. Pumpkin Spice
1/4 Tspn. Freshly Grated Nutmeg
In another large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients below and mix well to combine. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix to well combined without over mixing to avoid tough muffins. Using an ice cream scoop, drop the mixture into the cake cups 3/4 of the way up.
15 oz. Can Pumpkin Puree
1 Cup Organic Cane Sugar
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 Tspns. Pure Vanilla Extract
2 Large Eggs
1/4 Cup Buttermilk
Icing Mix
1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 Tbspns. Whole Milk
1 1/2 Tspns. Pure Vanilla Extract

Bake at 350℉ For Approximately 25-30 minutes or a toothpick comes out clean.
