When hooking up the jumper cables it is important to go in this order:
1. Hook red jumper to lawn mower positive terminal
2. Hook red jumper to car positive terminal
3. Hook black jumper to car negative terminal
4. Hook black jumper to mower's frame, bare metal away from battery and fuel tank.
When removing jumper cables go in reverse order.
1. Remove black cable from mower frame
2. Remove black cable from car
3. Remove red cable from car
4. Remove red cable from lawn mower
