PS5 Ragnarok Amazon India Scam February 19, 2023 | I Got Scammed
So I place this order of PS5 Ragnarok edition on Amazon on Feb 07, 2023, at 12:00 PM. I secured the package and the seller was "Kay Kay Overseas Corporation."
However, the product was shipped by Amazon in the name of the "Electronics Bazar Store" seller.
Luckily I turned on video recording and recorded the delivery and unpacking. Watch this video.
Amazon support has said they will investigate and this will take 3 days. The timestamps are recorded with the video which matches the delivery time.
To all viewers, please don't purchase the PS5 from Amazon or anything at least from these mentioned sellers.
Go to the offline store and get it. I learned it the hard way. Was so excited and all ruined. Instead, I suffered mental trauma and literally cried. I really hope Amazon refunds me or sends me the PS5. #PS5Scam #AmazonScam #PS5AmazonScam
Update 1: I ordered a new PS5 today Feb 22, 2023 from Sony Centre this time and avoided online platform. I will avoid online retailers for high-value items unless unavoidable.
Update 2: My case was investigated and return is created today on Feb 25, 2023 based on the evidences I provided. Got lucky that I shot this video.
I think the scam was done by delivery partners as this was fulfilled by Amazon.
Always record video during delivery of high value items.
