Dr. Crock specializes in managing chronic pain including complex regional pain syndrome, low back pain and neck pain. Treatment options include, but are not limited to epidural injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation and ultrasound guided blocks. Prior to treatment, the team will do an extensive evaluation to develop a plan tailored to the needs of the patient.
