This is the introductory video to my updated tutorial series on using the freely available, cross platform, Blender program. This series is designed to help novice users learn to utilize Blender to create state of the art YouTube videos.

*CORRECTION*

In the video I said that Blender is Free forever because it is open source. I misused the the term "Open Source."

To clarify, Blender is licensed under the "GPL 2 or Higher." This is a license that requires that any modifications to the source code, that are distributed to a 3rd party, be provided freely to the public - that was the "free" I was alluding to. Technically, there is nothing stopping a person from selling GPL software as long as they also give the same rights to everyone else. That means anyone can take the source code and give it away for free or sell it too.
