The keyword is the basement of SEO, without keywords there is no SEO, whatever the process we do the ultimate goal is to make the website on top of SERP whenever someone searches for any keyword(query), so it is our responsibility to find out for which keyword we should make our website on top of SERP defining goals is must and should
Types of Keywords:
There are mainly two types of keywords, they are. Short tail keyword and long-tail keyword, the short tail keyword is the type of keyword consists of 3 words or less than three words, short tail keyword generally will have the high search volume and it is not specific too,
A long-tail keyword is a type of keyword that consists of more than 3 words, long-tail keyword is very specific though it has less search volume
How to do Keyword Reseach?
You can do keyword research with various tools, here I choose Ahref for doing proper keyword research
You should consider 4 items before you choose a keyword properly
1) High Search Volume
2)Less competition
3)Relevancy
4)Commercial Intent
While you choose the keyword make sure you choose primary keyword as well as secondary keyword
ex:: Intermittent fasting (primary keyword)
Intermittent fasting for weight loss( Secondary Keyword)
