How to reset password of WordPress user from database? You might be thinking why to reset password from the database while you can easily reset password using the WordPress “Lost your password?” option that is present on the login page.
But there are times when you forget WordPress user password and you don’t have access to email account that you had set for receiving the forget password link or maybe your website’s emailing system is not working properly to send the emails. So, if that is the case you can reset password of the user from the database.

Here are the steps to reset password of a WordPress user from phpmyadmin:
1) Find name of Database connected with WordPress website 1:08
2) Access Database connected with WordPress website 2:17
3) Access users table and identify user who's password to change 2:47
4) Change and encrypt password of user in users table 3:18
