There are so many claims made about nutrition that people unfortunately take as facts. In this video, I discuss 5 of my top hot takes on nutrition and explain why these popular claims are not true.
Lets talk about how probiotics are not essential and rarely helpful, how vitamins are overused, how collagen supplements do not help your skin any better than eating well, how juicing is bad for your health, and how food companies make misleading claims on food labels. In some situations these claims are just bad for your wallet, but I believe that others are bad for your health.
Lets talk about why I have these opinions and what exceptions exist.
