There are so many theroies out there about constipation.....but unfortunately so many of them are wrong! In this video, lets talk about a few of the many myths of constipation!

First, is constipation really that big of a deal? Second, is constipation a sign of cancer? Third, so you need a colonoscopy to evaluate constipation? Fourth, are all constipation obstructions mechanical? Fifth, do only women have pelvice floor issues? Sixth, do only women who have vaginal deliveries have pelvic floor issues?
