Getting enough protein in your diet is essential to feel full, reduce cravings, and elevate your mood + energy throughout the day.

It’s been a game changer for me, and I am so happy I have a protein powder I love…because I use it multiple times a day! 😅

Here’s how to make this tasty smoothie:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1 scoop vanilla bean @cleanishsupps protein
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp raw honey
Ice, as needed

Blend until smooth.

I like my smoothies thick so I usually add about 1 cup ice, but you can add less for a more liquidy shake.

You can also add a scoop of collagen for an additions protein boost.
