How to do a Somersault Kip Up
Christie demonstrates how to kip up out of a forward roll.
Step 1- Bug, tuck your head, and roll forward
Step 2- Once you feel your back touch the ground, push your hips up with your hands for a kip up
Step 3- Land on your feet & bring your forearms to your knees
Pro-Tip make sure to PUSH your hips up to the sky. It will help you land on your feet!
