In this chapter, we will be Designing the 3D print in place moving head & door for the robot in Autodesk Fusion360. The way we achieve this, is by designing the head & the door as separate pieces with enough gaps between them & the rest of the body of the model. To be able to get this working, you need to make sure that your 3d printer is well calibrated & the extrusion multiplier in the slicer is tuned, as well as the stepper motor of your 3d printer. A fault in any of these would result in a print , which wont have the parts moving & would get stuck with the rest of the body of the model once its 3D printed.
