How the Baja Racing Team Fosters Success
The University of Michigan Baja SAE Team placed first overall in the 2022 North American Baja SAE Competition. Their 2022 season concluded with a first-overall win at Arizona State University in September. After designing, building, and testing their vehicle for off-road terrain performance tasks, the team has done an outstanding job, reaching success at the international level. This video gives viewers an inside look at how this successful team functions, including insight into the team’s emphasis on cohesion and inclusion.
