1) Open This PC(My Computer)
2) Open Local Disk (C:)
3) Open Users
4) Note your PC Username
5) Right click on osu! shortcut and select open file location
6) Go to CFG File which has your PC name on it
7) Right click and select open with
8) Select Notepad
9) Unmark Always use this app to Open .cfg files
10) Click OK
11) Click on edit
12) Select Find
13) Type MenuMusic
14) Click Find Or Press Enter
15) Go to fullscreen and replace current value to 0
16) Click on file
17) Select Save
18) Close CFG File
19) Open Game
