German police not ruling out terrorist motive in Solingen stabbings
German authorities are still trying to determine a motive behind a knife attack on a festival in Solingen and are not ruling out that it may have been terror related.

A 15-year-old was arrested in connection with the offence, but police say that a perpetrator has yet to be identified.
A woman, 56, and two men, 56 and 67, all from the region, were killed in the attack on Friday night.
