I recently have been getting a lot more DMs from people asking if I feel weird or self-conscious doing workouts at the park with my kids.
Here’s the hard truth: none of us have enough time to do it ALL. So you have to do your best with the time you DO have!
For me, that means mixing in some lunges and monkey bar pull ups in between games of lava monster when we’re at the park 😂 It’s absolutely worth some of the funny looks I get (especially since it means my kids are happy AND I get to skip my morning workout alarm and catch up on some more sleep!)
