"He gave the best hugs"- Jaliek Rainwalker's grandmother remembers the missing boy
Jaliek Rainwalker was 12 years-old when he disappeared on Nov. 1, 2007.
His adoptive grandmother, Barbara Reeley has never stopped looking for him. She remembers her grandson and shares what she thinks happened to him almost 20 years ago.
