INGREDIENTS
235ml (1 cup) water
245ml (1 cup) milk
1 egg
50g sugar
10g dry yeast
10g vanilla sugar
60g melted butter
500g (4 cups) flour (all purpose)
Hazelnut cream
METHOD
Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 2 pieces. Roll out the cake.
Cut into long triangles and brush with butter. Arrange the chocolate filling and form the croissants.
Place croissants on a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with butter. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
Sprinkle the finished croissants with icing sugar.
