Parmesan carrots: an easy and super fast side dish!

INGREDIENTS
800g of Carrots
30g (1/4 cup) of Extra virgin olive oil
Parsley
Red pepper flakes
Smoked paprika
Cumin powder
Salt
2 cloves of Garlic
Parmesan

METHOD
1. Prepare carrots by peeling them and slicing them in half lengthways and then in half again
2. In a mixing bowl add the olive oil, parsley, pepper flakes, smoked paprika, cumin powder, salt, and garlic and mix together.
3. Add the carrots to the marinade bowl and mix so that all the carrots are fully coated.
4. Pass them to the grated parmesan cheese to cover the carrot slices well.
5. In a baking pan covered with parchment paper, sprinkle a handful of parmesan and transfer the carrots.
6. Bake at 190°C/374°F for 20 minutes. Serve them all together on a plate and enjoy.
