Puffed rice and chocolate cake: NO-BAKE, DELICIOUS and VERY EASY to prepare! 😋

INGREDIENTS
70g puffed rice
120g dark chocolate
 
200ml fresh cream
150g ricotta
120g powdered sugar
50g mascarpone
50g chocolate chips
 
100ml fresh cream
100g dark chocolate
 
METHOD
1. In a bowl, mix the puffed rice with the melted chocolate. It should be completely covered.
2. Pour the mixture into a cake pan lined with plastic wrap. We're using a 22cm pan. Set aside in the fridge.
3. Let's create our delicious cream: In a bowl, mix ricotta, mascarpone, and sifted powdered sugar. 4. Give it a good stir until you get a creamy and homogeneous mixture. Set aside.
5. Whip the cream until it's nice and fluffy and gradually incorporate it into the ricotta and mascarpone cream, mixing gently. Once you have a smooth mixture, add chocolate chips.
6. Take the puffed rice base and pour the cream over it, leveling it well. Let it rest in the fridge again.
7. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with the hot cream until you get a nice, thick, and smooth cream. 8. Pour it over the surface of the cake and let it rest in the fridge.
