INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
100g ricotta cheese
130g yogurt
1 tsp sunflower oil
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper
Oregano
Cherry tomatoes
Corn
Grated cheese
Cooked ham
Peas
Multicolor peppers
Shortcrust pastry

METHOD
1. Cut pastry into muffin tray-size circles.
2. Place each cut in a hole in the muffin tray.
3. Mix ricotta cheese, yogurt, eggs, and sunflower oil in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
4. Pour the mixture into each muffin hole with the pastry.
5. Add peas, corn, cheese, and ham, just cheese, multicolored peppers, and cherry tomatoes.
6. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C/356°F.
